San Rafael, CA Parking Rules: EV Charging (2026)

SRMC §14.18.045(D) requires that any new or substantially renovated parking facility in San Rafael with twenty-five or more spaces install electrical conduit, capable of supporting EV charging wiring, running from an electrical service panel to the facility's clean-air-vehicle parking spaces; the conduit must be capped and labeled for future use.
