Goods may not be loaded or unloaded from a collector or arterial street's right-of-way, and no part of a vehicle may extend into that right-of-way while loading. Loading space location, design and layout must appear on required site plans. Spaces must be at least 10 feet wide by 25 feet long, or 12 feet by 65 feet where semi-tractor trailers are used, and the loading area must be kept dust-free at all times.
