Overnight on-street parking in Davis County is governed city by city. Bountiful City Code 13-1-103 bans street parking 2:00-6:00 a.m. from November through March and whenever snow removal is needed. Layton restricts recreation vehicles and trailers to 24 hours on any street. In unincorporated Davis County there is no blanket overnight ban, but Utah Code 41-6a-1408 lets officers remove a vehicle left unattended on a highway more than 48 hours. Always check posted signs, which override defaults.
