(1) Chavanne, Both, Ryan Street, Hodges Street. (2) Peake, South, Ryan Street, Bilbo Street. (3) Prewitt, South, Ryan Street, Bilbo Street. (4) Sixth Street, South, Second Avenue, West 170 feet. A vehicle left parked between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any of the five § 20-81 segments is parked in violation of the section and, like other no-parking violations in Chapter 20, is subject to citation and, where it constitutes a hazard or accumulates delinquent tickets, removal and impoundment under the city's vehicle-towing provisions.
