No person who owns or has possession, custody or control of any vehicle shall park or leave such a vehicle standing on a county road, public street or highway for seventy-two (72) or more consecutive hours. In the event that a vehicle is parked or left standing upon a public street or highway for seventy-two (72) or more consecutive hours, it may be removed by any member of the California Highway Patrol or by any salaried deputy of the sheriff's office of the county of Imperial to the nearest available garage, in which event all of the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the state of California with respect to such removal shall be applicable.D.The board of supervisors may, be resolution, from time to time permit angle parking and may designate no parking and tow-away zones.
