Under BMC Section 6.02.310, it is prohibited to park any trailer house, camp trailer, mobile home, recreational vehicle, boat, boat trailer, utility trailer, or similar device on any street if it has not moved at least 1/10 mile within 48 hours. Vehicle camping in commercial parking lots requires express city manager authorization under BMC 6.02.324. Alley parking is limited to 30 minutes for loading/unloading only.
