Stat. Ch. 462 zoning authority. Check your city code for setback, screening, and driveway-surface requirements. The only county-level restriction is in the Dakota County Park Ordinance (No. 107): within any county park, boats and trailers may be left standing only in a designated area, without a permit only during open hours.
