Under Garfield's overnight parking article in Chapter 226, no van, truck, recreational vehicle, or similar oversized vehicle that exceeds 22 feet in length and 8 feet in width may park on any city street between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Temporary standing for loading or unloading passengers or property is allowed but must not exceed 15 minutes.
