Manchester bans parking or storing a trailer, camper, or RV on residential property citywide, unless it's a visitor's trailer kept in a garage or rear yard for 30 days or less.
No person in the city shall park or occupy any trailer on the premises of any occupied dwelling or on any lot which is not a part of the premises of any occupied dwelling either of which is situated outside an approved trailer park; except, the parking of only one trailer in an accessory private garage building, or in a rear yard in any district, is permitted providing the trailer is the property of a bona fide visitor with the owner or tenant of the property and shall not have its wheels removed or remain on the premises for a period exceeding 30 days.
