If a snow emergency regulation is announced between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. it shall not become effective less than one hour after announcement. If an announcement is made after 11:00 p.m. and before 6:00 a.m. the regulation shall not become effective before 6:00 a.m.(B)Whenever the Director of Public Works finds that conditions giving rise to the snow emergency regulation no longer exist, he shall act to withdraw the regulation. Whenever requested by the Director of Public Works, the Director of Police shall act under the authority of § 70.04 to terminate snow emergency regulation.(C)Maximum feasible use shall be made of news media to announce the start or end of snow emergency regulations.
