No person shall park or permit to remain parked, a trailer, semi-trailer, travel trailer, house trailer, recreational vehicle, camper, truck camper, boat, boat trailer, or mobile home on any street in a residential zone in the city except when continuously and actively engaged in loading or unloading goods from such equipment or vehicle, but in no event longer than permitted by any regulation in force at the site.(E)No person shall park or permit to remain parked, a wrecker or tow truck on any street in a residential zone in the city except when continuously and actively engaged in loading or unloading another vehicle or performing emergency vehicle repair service, but in no event longer than permitted by any regulation in force at the site.
