02 prohibits stopping, standing, or parking a vehicle (except to avoid a traffic conflict or when directed by a police officer or traffic-control device) in 14 listed locations: on a sidewalk; in front of a public or private driveway or so near it as to interfere with ingress or egress; within an intersection; within 15 feet of a fire hydrant; on a crosswalk; within 20 feet of a crosswalk at an intersection; within 30 feet of a flashing beacon, stop sign, or traffic signal; between a safety zone and the curb or within 30 feet of a safety zone's curb points; within 50 feet of a railroad crossing; within 20 feet of a fire station driveway (75 feet on the opposite side); alongside a street excavation obstructing traffic; on the roadway side of another parked vehicle; on a bridge or in an underpass; and anywhere official signs prohibit stopping.
