Violations & Fines
Under Section 7.25.080, any vehicle parked in violation of Chapter 7.25 can be towed at the owner's expense, immobilized with a boot or barnacle, and hit with a civil fine of not less than $250.00 per vehicle, per occurrence, per day, authorized by A.R.S. § 11-251.05. The registered owner is presumed responsible for the violation, and joint owners are each held responsible.
