(l)Smoking. Smoking is prohibited as follows:(1)In all City park shelters and facilities and within ten feet of such shelters and facilities.(2)At the following locations at Bay Beach Amusement Park:a.On any amusement ride or attraction;b.In the pavilion, train depot, any concession stand, or ticket booth; andc.The paved areas surrounding said amusement rides and attractions, ticket booths, and concession stands.(3)At all locations at the Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary.(m)Occupancy of City Deck. No person shall obstruct or cause to be obstructed in any manner any portion of City Deck except for an emergency without first obtaining a permit from the Director of Parks, Recreation, and Forestry or a designated representative. Any portion of City Deck that is obstructed by such permit shall be delineated, if required, in accordance with this Code. Such permit shall be immediately revoked by the Director for noncompliance.
