Definition. As used in this section, "HARMONY SQUARE" is defined as the 1.6-acre multi-use plaza with an address of 6700 North St., Tinley Park, Illinois 60477. ... Prohibited Conduct. In addition to any other applicable regulations governing conduct in public spaces, it shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly engage in any of the following activities within Harmony Square: ... (2) Smoking, vaping, or otherwise ingesting any product or substance that produces visible smoke, vapor, or a noticeable odor upon exhalation. This includes but is not limited to: tobacco products and electronic cigarettes, as those terms are defined in § 120.02 of this code, and cannabis products, as defined in § 132.50 of this code;
