For the purposes of this subsection, the terms "location" and "premises" shall have that meaning and definition set forth in C.R.S. § 44-10-103, and the term "licensed premises" shall have the meaning and definitions set forth in this chapter, and the term "report" shall mean to either:1.Immediately, verbally, and directly in person notify any on-site uniformed police officer;2.Place and complete a phone call to the non-emergency dispatch telephone number for the department of public safety; or3.Place and complete a telephone call to the emergency 911 operator. Contacting individual officers out of uniform or not directly on the licensed premises shall not suffice as a report within the meaning of this subsection.
