(a)Prohibition. It shall be a violation of this section for any person to operate or use roller blades, roller skates or skateboards at either the county government and judicial center; the county courthouse; or any sidewalk, walkway, or any other part thereof which is bounded on the north by Logan Street, the south by Conner Street, the east by Ninth Street, and the west by White River.(b)Penalties. Any person violating this section shall be guilty of an infraction and may be fined up to $100.00 for the first offense and up to $500.00 for the second or subsequent offense.
