Midwest City, OK Public Conduct: Skateboarding Rules (2026)

Rollerskating, rollerblading or riding a skateboard upon school grounds, public businesses and their curtilages or the municipal complex sidewalks, court yards, or other walkway areas which shall include, but not be limited to, the community center, city hall library, fire department, police department and court.(21)Allowing the collection or storage of used or useless tires, outside the confines of any structure except under the following conditions:a.On a combustible surface the tires shall be in a completely enclosed metal trailer elevated a minimum of eighteen (18) inches above the ground; orb.On a noncombustible surface, tires shall be stored in an enclosed trailer.(22)Allowing the display for the purpose of selling new or used tires, to exceed ten (10) percent of the gross floor space of the business.(23)Permitting dirt, silt or other materials to flow or fall from any property onto any street or sidewalk which is the direct or indirect result of current or past construction, the moving of dirt upon the property or from the apparent operation of a vehicle upon such property which results in the loss of soil stabilization upon the property.(b)The enumeration in subsection (a) of this section of certain public nuisances shall be cumulative and shall not limit other provisions of law or ordinances defining public or private nuisances either in more general or more specific terms.
