Springdale, AR Public Conduct: Skateboarding Rules (2026)

Sec. 78-54 prohibits operating a skateboard, scooter, in-line or conventional roller skates, or bicycle in any part of a city park where signs are posted against the activity, or in any manner that injures a person or damages public or private property. The parks and recreation director, assistant director, youth center director and aquatic center director can each enforce the rule by issuing a citation on reasonable cause. It sits alongside separate citywide trail rules that cap skateboard and bicycle speed at 15 mph on the Razorback Greenway and other city trails.
