Full Breakdown
Tulsa Revised Ordinances Title 26, § 201(F) makes it an offense to ride a bicycle, skateboard or roller skates within or upon the Central Tulsa Pedestrian Mall (Main Street between Third and Sixth Streets, plus Fifth Street between Boston and Denver Avenues) or the Civic Center Plaza, except in traffic lanes specifically designated for that purpose. The rule sits in the same chapter (Title 26, Ch. 2) that also bars defacing Mall/Plaza property, building unpermitted fires, and posting signs without authorization. It reaches only this downtown mall/plaza zone, not the rest of the city.
