No person shall consume any beverage containing alcohol on a road or parking lot within any park area or facility or in any other park area or facility at which a sign is posted prohibiting alcohol consumption.W.No person shall practice golf in any park area or facility not specifically designated for such uses.X.No person shall stand, wade, swim or boat in areas of the Arkansas River where buoys or signage prohibit such activities.Y.No person shall camp, erect a tent, build a fire or park an automobile or other vehicle for the purpose of sleeping therein or under cover projecting therefrom within any park area or facility other than those designated and set aside for such purposes.Z.No person shall fly a kite in any portion of the area designated as Mohawk Park.AA.No person shall bring into any park, have in his/her possession, serve, sell or give to another, or use while in a park, any glassware, including but not limited to bottles, jars, containers, drinking vessels and tableware; provided, this prohibition shall not apply in park areas in the Tulsa Zoo and the Garden Center, around the Gilcrease Museum, or on any park areas which are commercially leased for food and beverage sales.BB.No person shall use any portion of the walking surface or structure of the Pedestrian Bridge across the Arkansas River, or any portion of the recreational flume at the east side of the Zink Dam, from which to conduct fishing or related activities.
