Conditions commonly cited include uncapped trash, pet food left outside, dense ivy or wood piles against structures, and abandoned vehicles. The city's Code Enforcement division responds to complaints, issues notices, and may conduct abatement at owner expense if conditions persist. Commercial dumpster areas must be kept clean and serviced. Severe infestations may also draw ARDH involvement.
