(27) Sidewalks, walkways, stairs, driveways, parking spaces and similar areas on private property that are accessible to the general public, containing hazardous conditions or violations of approved site or plot plans and barrier-free accessible parking requirements so as to endanger public health, safety or welfare.
(28) Any hazard tree, as substantiated by a certified arborist or other recognized tree professional, that threatens public health, safety or welfare.
(29) Vacant structures and premises thereof or vacant land which is not maintained in a clean, safe, secure and sanitary condition so as not to cause a blighting problem or adversely affect the public health.
(30) Automobile parking on a residential lot within a platted subdivision that is not on improved all-weather surfaces or an approved driveway if located in the front yard.
