There is hereby adopted by the city the 2009 International Property Maintenance Code and amendments thereto, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part of this chapter for all purposes, with the exception of such sections thereof as are deleted, modified or amended in Exhibit B also attached hereto and made a part of this chapter for all purposes.
