Within seven days of license approval, the owner must send the representative's contact information to surrounding property owners following Level 2 Notification requirements, and must display a copy of the license and the representative's contact inside the STR. If the representative changes, the owner must re-notify neighbors and give Planning & Zoning written notice by certified mail within seven days. Renters must also receive the contact information and the Good Neighbor Brochure at booking.
Violations & Fines
