22-267(c)(2). Sec. 22-268(c) folds all of this back into the standard operating conditions, so a parking violation is treated as a violation of the rental's operating license, not just a traffic matter.

A parking violation is enforced the same way as any other breach of the short-term rental article: a first offense within 12 months draws up to a $250.00 magistrate court fine and a written warning, a second draws up to $500.00 and a 30-to-90-day license suspension, and a third draws up to $1,000.00 and revocation, with a 12-month bar on reapplying (Sec. 22-270(a)). The board of commissioners can also suspend or revoke immediately if the violation shows the license no longer meets qualifications.
