030(E)(5) lists a City-approved guest parking plan among the standard conditions attached to every STR permit, meaning the Director will not issue a permit until that plan is approved. 040(D) requires each STR to post an in-unit notice, visible and accessible to the guest, covering five items: maximum occupancy, location of parking spaces, trash and recycling pickup information, emergency contact information, and an evacuation plan showing exits and extinguisher locations. 050(A) separately requires the host or operator to give guests information on parking capacity and location, along with maximum occupancy and noise and trash rules, before their stay begins, so the parking plan has to reach guests twice, once through the posted notice and once before arrival.

Because the parking plan is baked into permit issuance rather than treated as a stand-alone rule, a host who cannot show an approved plan risks having the permit application denied, and an existing STR that abandons its approved plan is treated as violating the STR chapter's requirements generally. 120.
