The Woodlands Restrictive Covenants prohibit trailers, RVs, mobile homes, boats, and similar vehicles from being parked for 48 consecutive hours or more on any street or on any lot where visible at ground level from a street or adjacent property. Farm tractors, semi-trucks, and similar vehicles may not be stored on streets or visible lots at all. Parking on lawns, ditches, open space areas, or unpaved areas is expressly prohibited. STR hosts must communicate these restrictions to guests. The Woodlands Township also explicitly notes that parking on neighborhood streets cannot currently be regulated through covenants, so enforcement of street parking falls to county jurisdiction.
