a) Short Term Vacation Rental Certificate: No person or entity shall operate a Short-Term Vacation Rental unless a Short Term Vacation Rental Certificate is issued by the Hamilton County Development Services Office. (Res. 1224-36, 12/18/24)
b) Prohibited Uses: The single-family residence that received a Short Term Vacation Rental certificate shall not be rented for group gatherings or events such as weddings, reunions, business meetings, receptions, classes, and other similar group gatherings and events.
