Businesses within 1,000 feet of a freeway interchange along Nob Hill Blvd., Yakima Avenue, Terrace Heights Drive, North 1st Street, North 16th Avenue, or North 40th Avenue, or within 250 feet of freeway right-of-way, may install one freeway sign per parcel in place of an allowed freestanding sign. A use with only one street frontage may add a freeway sign on top of its regular freestanding sign. Height is capped at whatever the code's freestanding sign standard allows for that district.
