G. Be internally or externally illuminated.
(5) Temporary Sign Regulations for non-residential use and multi-family residential:
A. Temporary signs shall be posted for no more than ninety (90) days unless specifically addressed elsewhere in this Ordinance.
B. One (1) A-Frame sign shall be allowed for non-residential or multi-family use and shall not count towards a use's temporary signage allowance. A-frame signs are not subject to temporary sign time limitations. Signs shall allow for a minimum sidewalk clearance of four (4) feet. In the CBD, MUC-40, VC, FRRD, RU-24, and MUD districts, a sign may be placed in the public right-of-way, subject to Chapter 74 of the Code
