7. Solar panel array (small-scale). A. Ground-mounted. Ground-mounted solar panels shall be: i. Located in the interior side or rear yard; and ii. If solar panels are to be interconnected to the electric utility grid, proof of an executed interconnect agreement shall be provided to the Building Official before the system is interconnected. Systems approved pursuant to this Subsection may not generate power as a commercial enterprise.
