§ 414-9. Requirements.

The hours of operation for any special event taking place within a park shall be between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays and between 1:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. on Sundays. The hours of operation for any special event taking place on the streets of the City shall be between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. on any day of the week.
