Violations & Fines
Interfering with a group holding a valid Rule 34 reservation, or holding an event without completing the reservation process, is a Park Board rules violation. Rule 39 makes conviction or a guilty plea to violating any Park Board rule a minor misdemeanor. Permits can also be revoked for noncompliance with the rules, the Cincinnati Municipal Code, or other law under the Park Board's general enforcement authority.
