These permits are not to be considered reciprocal, a sidewalk café permit does not permit a sidewalk retail operation, nor vice versa...(d)Duration. The initial term of the sidewalk cafe or retail area permit shall begin on the date of issuance and expire on January 31. The term of the permit after the initial term shall begin no earlier than March 1 and end November 30.
