Examples of uses that require temporary use permits include, but are not limited to the following:

1.Greenhouses,2.Fireworks sales (permitted outside City limits only),3.Outdoor seating and serving area at a restaurant (must include an alternative parking plan if on-site parking area is affected),4.On-site storage tents, trailers, or other shelter to house inventory during construction or other unusual business interruptions.F.Permit Required A permit must be obtained from the Zoning Administrator before establishing a temporary use.G.Procedure A complete application for Temporary Use Permit must be submitted to the Zoning Administrator in a form established by the Zoning Administrator along with a non-refundable fee that has been established by the Board of City Commissioners. No application will be processed until the application is complete and the required fee has been paid. The application shall be reviewed for its likely effects and surrounding properties and its compliance with the purpose of this section. The Zoning Administrator shall impose such conditions of approval as are necessary to ensure compliance with the purposes of this Land Development Code.
