Mansfield, TX Swimming Pools & Spas: Pool Permits (2026)

Installing a swimming pool, spa, or hot tub at a Mansfield residence requires multiple permits issued by the Building Services Division. At minimum, applicants must obtain a pool building permit for structural work, an electrical permit for pump, lighting, and bonding, and a plumbing permit for circulation and drainage.
