Containers shall be placed at curbside of the nearest public road no earlier than 7:00 a.m. on the day prior to and no later than 6:30 a.m. on the day of collection. All emptied containers shall be removed from the curbside by the residents no later than 7:00 a.m. on the day after designated collection. Refuse containers and recycling containers shall be stored between collection days in side or rear yards and not in the front yard.
