Multiple residental households shall not combine bulky waste items for pickup at one household with the exception that a property owners association (POA) may make application to the Springdale Public Works Department for permission to place bulky waste items at a single location within the boundary of the established POA. Such permission must be approved in writing by the Springdale Public Works Director in advance.
