Full Breakdown

The City's arranger/transporter must remove municipal solid waste, recycling, and organics from every dwelling and business at least once a week, more often if the City finds it necessary for health or safety. Carts go out no earlier than 6:00 p.m. the day before pickup and must come off the curb by 6:00 a.m. the following day, except carts may stay out over a holiday weekend adjoining collection day. Service and its monthly charge are mandatory for every owner, tenant, and occupant regardless of how much waste is generated.
