All burnable materials shall be placed in containers, except that shrubbery or tree trimmings must be cut into lengths not to exceed three feet and tied into bundles not more than 18 inches in diameter. Containers are not required for bundled materials.(D)All nonburnable materials shall be placed in separate containers and it shall be unlawful for any person to place in any vessel, vessels, or other container, provided for the holding of garbage or burnable waste, any ashes, glass, crockery, tin, metal, junk, or any other nonburnable material of any sort.(E)It shall be unlawful for any person to place in any vessel or other container, provided for the holding of waste, any material recognized as an industrial by-product, or any highly explosive material, or any poisonous substance whatsoever.
