a. Bin service may be allowed for single-family residences if approved by the solid waste superintendent. All requirements for source separation per Section 13.12.030(C) shall remain in effect.
b. Bin service may be used in mobile home parks if approved by the solid waste superintendent. All requirements for source separation per Section 13.12.030(C) shall remain in effect.
c. Bin service is required for all multifamily dwellings and all multifamily dwelling complexes.
