08(G)(2)(b) requires street trees for individual lots within residential subdivisions based on total lineal road frontage, tied to the planted border standards in Table G-1: a 10-foot minimum landscape strip width along public and private streets with at least one tree per 30 lineal feet, or a 5-foot strip with one tree per 20 lineal feet along improved accessways. Trees must be planted as close to that 10-foot strip as possible, and a tree planted outside the required front setback, or the major side setback on a corner lot, cannot be counted toward the street tree requirement.

Parcels used for something other than a residential lot, such as common areas, detention areas or a clubhouse, follow the general planted border rules instead. Only medium or large canopy trees with at least a 3-inch caliper qualify, and pine species are excluded from street plantings entirely. 08(G)(2)(c): one street tree per road frontage, planted no more than 2 feet from the right-of-way or 5 feet from the back of curb, using a species from the Small Lot Tree Species Selection List at a minimum 2½-inch caliper. 08(J)(4).
