Accessory buildings must stand at least 7 feet from the main building.
Constructing a shed without required permits, exceeding the one-story/18-foot limit, or installing prohibited kitchen or bathroom facilities can trigger code enforcement and an order to obtain permits, modify, or remove the structure.
