Temple Terrace contracts animal enforcement to Hillsborough County Pet Resource Center, adopting the county animal ordinance. There are no off-leash dog parks within city limits; nearest is Al Lopez Park in Tampa. Voice control is not a defense. FL 767 provides additional penalties for dogs that bite or attack while off-leash.
