That matters because the neighboring table entry, 'Animal Clinic/Hospital/Kennel,' is cross-referenced to Sec. B's criteria require any building housing boarded animals to sit at least 150 feet from residentially zoned or developed property, keep animal waste at least 50 feet from any property line or surface water, securely fence grazing/exercise/training areas, and enclose any outdoor kennel run with a security fence at least six feet high.

Because the Use Table defines 'Animal Grooming Establishment' expressly as 'no overnight boarding,' a stand-alone grooming shop is not subject to those boarding-specific siting standards; per Sec. 1, a 'P' use is 'permitted by right within the zoning district' and 'subject to all other applicable standards of this Ordinance,' meaning the groomer still has to meet the district's general dimensional standards in Article 7 but does not need the 150-foot residential buffer or six-foot kennel fence that a boarding kennel or veterinary hospital must provide.
