Clinics in the MU-N, MU-D, and MU-R mixed-use districts may not include outdoor runs or remains disposal at all. A clinic with outdoor runs or cremation/alkaline hydrolysis disposal within 500 feet of a residential lot needs conditional use approval under § 15.02.060.C, and in the MU-D district it can't front a Main Street storefront.
