A. A certain document, three (3) copies of which one (1) copy is on file in the office of the Cass County Clerk and the remaining two (2) copies may be maintained in the Building Codes office of the County of Cass, Missouri, being marked and designated as the National Electrical Code, NFPA 70, 2005 Edition, including Annex Chapters A, B, C, D and G as published by the National Fire Protection Association., be and is herby adopted as the Building Code of the County of Cass in the State of Missouri for the control of building and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Building Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this Article, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in Subsection (B) hereof and Section 500.020 of this Chapter.
