The Florida Building Code, Plumbing, Mechanical, Fuel Gas, Residential, Existing Building, Energy Conservation, Accessibility, Fire Prevention and the National Electrical Code, as amended from time to time, are hereby adopted as the minimum construction standards for all municipal areas within the City of Fort Myers, Lee County, Florida.
