The 'Maximum Building Height' column of the RSF-1 Area Requirements table in Section 21355.13 sets the principal building limit at 35 feet, the same cap used across most of Plymouth's single-family districts. Detached accessory buildings are tiered by footprint: a shed or garage of 200 square feet or less tops out at 10 feet, while anything larger than 200 square feet is capped at 15 feet, and Section 21120.02, Subd. 6 separately requires that no accessory structure ever exceed the height of the principal building on the lot.

Section 21115.02, Subd. 1 then layers a Chapter-wide exception on every district's height table: items like antennas on existing structures, belfries, chimneys, church spires, cooling towers, cupolas, elevator penthouses, flag poles and parapet walls are excused from the district height limit entirely, but none of them may exceed 50 feet total, or the district's maximum height plus 10 feet (whichever is greater), without a conditional use permit.
